Terms & Conditions for Meetizo

Welcome to Meetizo, a mobile application designed to help individuals, families, societies, teams, and organizations communicate, connect, and manage group information easily.
By downloading, installing, or using Meetizo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the app immediately.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meetizo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

  1. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 13 years old to use the app.
  • A verified member of a group, society, or organization if required by group administrators.

If required, children under 13 must use the app under parental guidance and consent.

  1. Account Registration

To use Meetizo, you must create an account using your valid mobile number.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Not create multiple or fake accounts.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  1. Scope of Services

Meetizo provides features such as:

  • Group Directory
  • Chat (one-to-one and group)
  • Audio & Video Calls
  • Friends & Family Circle
  • Announcements & Newsletters
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Office Bearers / Leaders
  • Real-Time Notifications

The app may add, modify, or remove features from time to time.

  1. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Share false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload obscene, offensive, or abusive content
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app
  • Use Meetizo to spam individuals or groups

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

  1. Group Administration & Content

Meetizo allows groups to:

  • Add or manage members
  • Publish announcements
  • Share newsletters and information

The group admins are solely responsible for the content they upload, including:

  • Accuracy of information
  • Authenticity of member details
  • Legitimacy of announcements or newsletters

Meetizo is not liable for any content shared by users or group administrators.

  1. Privacy & Data Usage

Your privacy is important to us.
Meetizo collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Key points:

  • Personal data is used to enable app features (directory, chat, calls, etc.)
  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties without consent
  • Communication data is encrypted where applicable
  • Users can request account deletion and data removal

  1. Calls & Messaging

Meetizo provides in-app chat, audio, and video calling.
Users must:

  • Use these features responsibly
  • Not engage in harassment, threats, or illegal communication
  • Follow applicable telecom and data protection laws

Meetizo is not responsible for:

  • Call quality affected by network conditions
  • Misuse of calls or messages by users
  1. Emergency Section

Meetizo provides a section for emergency contacts.

  • These numbers are added and managed by group admins or users
  • Meetizo is not responsible for their accuracy or availability
  • The app is not a substitute for real-time emergency services

All intellectual property rights, including:

  • Logo
  • Branding
  • Features
  • Content
  • Code
    belong to Infinibs Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without permission.

  1. Third-Party Services

Meetizo may integrate third-party tools or services (e.g., analytics, cloud services).
We are not responsible for:

  • Policies of third-party providers
  • Actions or failures of third-party services
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Meetizo is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the app will be error-free
  • That all features will always function perfectly
  • That communication will be uninterrupted
  • That information shared by users is accurate

Use the app at your own discretion and risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Infinibs Technologies is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Misuse of the app by users
  • Information shared by group admins
  • Technical issues or service interruptions

Our maximum liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by you (currently zero).

  1. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in harmful or illegal activity
  • Misuse app features
  • Provide false or misleading information

We may also remove content that violates our policies.

  1. Changes to Terms

Meetizo may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective once posted inside the app or on the website.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
